Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl combine the all the ingredients except the chocolate chips mix with a hand mixer for about 1 minute.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips once all the other ingredients are combined.
  • Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls on the baking sheet, using the bottom of the spoon to flatten each cookie just a bit. The cookies will flatten a little more while they're baking.
  • Bake for about 12 minutes or until the cookies are just starting to turn a light golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and place the cookies on a cooling rack to cool completely, or if you're like me eat them when they're still warm and melty!
