I love to start my day with a smoothie or smoothie bowl. This raspberry white chocolate smoothie bowl is super easy to make and oh so delicious, especially this time of year when the berries are in season! This recipe is fairly low carb since the raspberries are lower in carbs than other fruits, plus the Lilies White Chocolate is lower carb than most other white chocolates, and high in fiber. You wouldn’t know it though! This tastes amazing! And it’s so pretty and pink, hah!

How to make a Raspberry White Chocolate Smoothie Bowl

Just blend one cup plain yogurt with 1/4 cup raspberries and one scoop of vanilla protein powder, optional 1 tablespoon of Swerve or your favorite low calorie sweetener. Top with a few more raspberries and a tablespoon of Lilies White Chocolate Chips (you can find these in the baking aisle at Kroger and other groceries). Enjoy!

Serves: 1 serving
Ingredients
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon of Swerve (optional) or your favorite low calorie sweetener.
Instructions
  1. Blend the yogurt, raspberries, vanilla protein powder, and Swerve together. Reserve a few raspberries for the top. I use my Nutribullet to blend them together but any high speed blender will work.

Here is a link to the NutriBullet I use on Amazon. (I may make a small commission if you purchase through this link) and here is the Brown Sugar Swerve. You can also find Swerve at most grocery stores. In our area we have it at Kroger, Walmart and Meijer.

This smoothie bowl is low carb, gluten free and the perfect quick breakfast or after workout snack.
