I love anything pumpkin this time of year! I’m also a big smoothie fan in the morning, and starting my day with a pumpkin pie smoothie is a great way to start a fall morning. This smoothie recipe is also dairy free, gluten, grain and refined sugar free. It is loaded with pumpkin goodness, along with pumpkin pie spice and plenty of cinnamon! I like to mix one up after my morning walk or workout. It only takes a couple minutes to throw together in the blender and create. I promise you it’s worth the effort!

I use my NutriBullet Blender to blend up the smoothie. I throw everything in at once, all it takes is a few pulses of the blender and your smoothie is ready to go. So easy and so delicious! Having guests for the Thanksgiving weekend? You can make several of these to serve up to your overnight company! They only take a couple minutes each to throw together.

You can also add in a handful of chia or hemp seeds to add some extra goodness and nutrition. If you’re a pumpkin fan like I am you might also want to try your hand at pumpkin pie ice cream.

Or my favorite chocolate chip pumpkin pie bars, they’re a great snack or recipe to bring along for Thanksgiving dinner.
