I can’t believe it’s almost berry season here in Ohio! We have an easy low(er) carb white chocolate covered berries version you can make at home! I made them with strawberries AND with raspberries. Not sure yet which is my favorite. To me berry season always means warmer weather and the beginning of summer! I think fresh berries taste like sunshine! There is nothing better than in season strawberries and raspberries, except maybe when you cover them in white chocolate! It adds that perfect blend to put the flavor over the top!

If you want to make these super easy lower carb white chocolate covered berries all you need are some fresh strawberries and Lily’s White Chocolate Chips and/ or Lily’s Milk Chocolate Chips. Melt the white chocolate or milk chocolate if you prefer in a double boiler or in 30 second intervals in the microwave, stirring between until melted and smooth. Dip the washed and dried strawberries in the melted chocolate and let cool on parchment paper. Enjoy! You can find Lily’s White and Milk Chocolate Chips in the baking aisle at Kroger or at most groceries.

Make them a little fancier by drizzling the opposite chocolate from a spoon or parchment bag when cooled. Just maybe do it a little neater than I did, hah! Here’s the recipe, but it’s super simple. You don’t really need it.
